Bill Buckle gets its hands dirty for Tree Day

Bill Buckle Toyota is celebrating our tenth year of involvement with 2009 Planet Ark School’s Tree Day. Schools Tree Day on Friday 31st July is part of our ongoing commitment to the local Northern Beaches community and environment. This year we are donating over 150 trees to be planted across Narraweena Public, Stewart House, Curl Curl North Public and Brookvale Public Schools. We’re passionate about using our energy to help the environment and Tree Day is just another way we can help create a sustainable future.

This year Tree Day is even more special as it coincides with the launch of the new generation Prius. Perhaps you’re a Prius person? If you are, you’ll certainly know that Bill Buckle Toyota has a long history of caring for the environment. Toyota vehicles have innovations like hybrid technology and have been lowering emissions and increasing fuel efficiency for over a decade. Toyota is the leader in the development of advanced hybrid technology, with over 30 years of research and development behind its hybrid models. The Toyota Hybrid Synergy Drive (HSD) system is proven and well established, while many other manufacturers are still working to bring their first hybrid vehicle to market. Hybrid technology will also soon be available for Camry, bringing fuel efficiency to the masses.
